How much notice do I need to give for annual leave?
Request annual leave at least 14 days in advance through your clinic manager. Leave over 5 consecutive days needs 30 days notice.

Answers are intended to come only from the documents you provide, and every answer cites its source. During a pilot we import your handbook over a channel we agree with you, and we'll tell you plainly how it is stored and who can access it.
