StaffHQ is an early-stage product run by a small team. We collect the minimum we need to reply to you, and we say plainly what we do with it.
Your name, work email, company, role, approximate staff count, and a short description of what you want StaffHQ to help with. We use this only to reply about your pilot request and to prepare a setup plan for you.
Please do not send sensitive employee records, health information, or personal data through the form or by email. During a pilot we import only the handbook, policy, SOP, or onboarding documents you choose, over a channel we agree with you first.
Pilot requests are kept while we work with you and for a short period afterwards so we can answer follow-up questions. You can ask us to delete your details at any time and we will do so.
We record page views with a hashed IP address and a rotating salt so we can tell which pages get used and whether they lead to a pilot request. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
